Thanks to the hard work of Outreach Committee Chair and Vice President Margarita Lopez G, the NHENC Dia de Los Muertos altar was beautiful success! (See attached pictures) Our State Senator, Caroline Menjivar stopped by to spend some time with the ladies! They both decorated the altar Friday night and stayed at the event from 12:00 PM to past 8:00 PM on Saturday. These amazing women were all packed up by the time I arrived to help them take down the decorations and were still full of energy after a very long day!

Remember, even if you are not a member of the Outreach Committee, all board members are welcome to attend an event and help represent NHENC with outreach efforts. It shows a strong board and makes the events more fun to have more board members participate.

NHENC will have a table at North Valley Caring Services Halloween Harvest Festival Tuesday, October 31 from 6:00 PM to 8:30 PM and will be handing out candy. Please stop by if you can the address is:
