NORTH HILLS EAST NEIGHBORHOOD COUNCIL was certified on September 14, 2010. A lot of hard work and determination by community members went into putting NHENC together. They were pioneers and visionaries for North Hills East! A big THANK YOU to the original Board of Directors and everyone involved!!!
