The City of Los Angeles and EmpowerLA are sponsoring an event that will help you learn more about Neighborhood Councils and the movement to empower our communities. The candidate workshop will have tips for elections outreach and creating a successful campaign using free or low-cost tools. Refreshments will be provided.
